The Town of Kirkland is a young and dynamic city in the heart of the West-Island of Montreal, naturally divided into four sectors along Highway 40 from East to West by and Saint-Charles Boulevard North to South by. Located at the junction of Highway 20 and Highway 40 (Trans-Canada).
The Town of Kirkland has close to 400 industrial, commercial and institutional establishments on its territory to better serve its community. In recent years, the Town has reached the saturation point in terms of available space for new construction and is now in maintenance and redevelopment mode of its spaces and buildings.
